The company posted a 35.7% increase in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, reaching ₹95 crore from ₹70 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations grew 16.45% to ₹701 crore from ₹602 crore. EBITDA surged 62.2% to ₹178.6 crore from ₹110 crore, with the EBITDA margin improving to 25.5% from 18.3%.
The board recommended a final dividend of ₹7 per equity share for FY 2024-2025.
The company highlighted strong order visibility for FY26, supported by multi-year contracts and strategic partnerships, including a tie-up with Chemours for a $14 million facility to address data center cooling needs. Additionally, the successful commercialisation of fluoro specialty at Dahej and R32 at Surat in Q4FY25 bolstered performance.
Navin Fluorine International Limited, established in 1967 and part of the Padmanabh Mafatlal Group, is a leading Indian manufacturer of specialty fluorochemicals. Operating in refrigeration gases, inorganic fluorides, and specialty organofluorines, it serves industries such as pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and electronics. The company, headquartered in Mumbai, operates manufacturing facilities in Surat, Dahej, and Dewas, and exports over 40% of its products globally.
