The newly awarded contracts include communication equipment, advanced shipborne composite communication systems, jammers, software, simulator upgrades, spares, test rigs, and related services.
These orders will further strengthen BEL’s defence electronics portfolio and reinforce its manufacturing visibility in both strategic and operational defence domains.
The company’s order book stood at ₹71,650 crore as of 1 April 2025, indicating strong execution visibility.

The announcement follows a strong fourth-quarter earnings performance, with BEL reporting an 18.4% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to ₹2,127 crore in Q4 FY25, beating CNBC-TV18’s estimate of ₹1,813 crore. Revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹9,149.6 crore, up 6.8% from the previous year.
BEL’s board had recommended a final dividend of ₹0.90 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval.
