The mandate covers planning, design and procurement of 1,008 affordable housing units, along with associated infrastructure such as a sewage treatment plant.
The project is proposed to be funded by EXIM Bank under the Line of Credit (LoC) scheme, marking a key international engagement for the Navratna PSU.
The development comes amid a steady flow of domestic orders for NBCC. Last week, the company secured a ₹58.61 crore work order from Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University in Odisha for project management consultancy services. Earlier in March, it bagged multiple orders worth ₹319.78 crore across Assam, Meghalaya and Bihar, spanning housing, infrastructure and institutional projects.
In February, NBCC reported additional orders worth ₹271.32 crore, including construction projects for the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and other infrastructure works.
Financially, the company posted a mixed performance in the December quarter. Consolidated net profit rose 39.3% year-on-year to ₹193 crore, while revenue grew 7.6% to ₹3,022 crore.
