Netweb Technologies ties up with Vertiv to build better cooling systems for AI serversThe integrated liquid-cooled rack stack solutions are designed to enhance overall data center operational and energy efficiency, offering superior thermal performance, optimised power utiliaation, and scalable architectures to support large-scale AI deployments.By Navneet Singh  February 26, 2026, 8:05:47 PM IST (Published)2 Min ReadNetweb Technologies informed the exchanges about a collaboration with Vertiv, a critical digital infrastructure firm, to jointly engineer and validate Netweb’s in-house designed GPU compute platforms with Vertiv’s integrated, end-to-end AI data center solutions.

“This initiative allows us to collaboratively work on designing complex cooling technologies, including Direct to Chip cooling for our GPU accelerated AI & HPC Systems, right at the stage of conceptualization of product designs —deliver fully validated, rack-scale AI systems where compute, cooling, and power are designed to work together,” said Hirdey Vikram, senior vice president at Netweb Technologies.

Under the partnership Netweb’s rack-scale solutions will leverage Vertiv’s, liquid cooling infrastructure, including coolant distribution units and free cooling chillers;and advanced power infrastructure that includes busways, and uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems with power conversion and dynamic load management.

As per the exchange filling, the integrated liquid-cooled rack stack solutions are designed to enhance overall data center operational and energy efficiency, offering superior thermal performance, optimised power utiliaation, and scalable architectures to support large-scale AI deployments.

Earlier on Feb 18, Netweb Technologies had announced that it has forayed into the AI infrastructure solutions space. The Faridabad-based tech company said that it has launched AI Supercomputing Systems Powered by NVIDIA Sovereign AI Development.

In Q3 FY26 the company reported revenue of ₹804 crore, a growth of 140% from the same quarter last year. Earnings Before Interest, Tax, Depreciation and Amortisation (EBITDA) for the quarter stood at ₹97.5 crore from ₹44 crore last year. EBITDA margins though, declined sequentially as well as from the same period last year.
