Network18 has overtaken Times Internet Ltd (TIL) to become India’s most-read digital news platform, according to the latest readership data from global audience measurement agency Comscore.

At the platform level, Network18 recorded 183.2 million unique visitors (UVs) in March, surpassing TIL’s 182.3 million UVs.

The combined reach of Network18’s on-platform and social media presence was 315 million UVs in March 2025, which was 55 percent more than the nearest competitor, TIL’s 202 million UVs.

News18.com, Network18’s flagship digital news platform, also demonstrated impressive performance in March. In terms of Social + MMX cumulative reach, News18.com (overall) garnered 251 million UVs, beating The Times of India (overall), which stood at 183 million UVs.

News18’s Indian language platforms led the category with 182 million UVs, according to the Comscore data.

The Comscore Social Media Metrix report further shows that Network18’s social media presence is twice that of its nearest competitor, with a 54 percent reach within the 389 million overall social population.

The data underscores Network18’s all-round dominance in the digital news segment, led by flagship platforms like Moneycontrol and News18.
