Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has already started taking reservations for the redesigned Hyundai Venue, the automaker's new compact SUV, which will officially be launched on November 4. The new Venue includes significant updates such as a new design, better technology, and a more spacious interior, all of which make it a more luxurious and loaded product in the segment.

As per the company's statement, the new Venue is "taller, wider, and longer in love" than the present model, with a wheelbase that has been mainly focused on better cabin comfort and road presence. The vehicle can be booked for Rs 25,000 either at Hyundai's dealerships or through the company's online booking facility.

The updated Venue sports a more assertive exterior featuring quad-beam LED headlamps, twin-horn LED DRLs, a dark chrome radiator grille, and new alloy wheels. Hyundai said the SUV’s body is now 48 mm taller and 30 mm wider than before, offering a more muscular stance.

Other highlights include a signature C-pillar garnish, horizon LED tail lamps, bridge-type roof rails, and an in-glass ‘VENUE’ emblem. The SUV will be available in six monotone and two dual-tone colour options, including new shades like Hazel Blue and Mystic Sapphire.

Inside, the Venue introduces a redesigned dual-tone (Dark Navy & Dove Grey) interior layout with leather upholstery and a terrazzo-textured crash pad. The standout feature is a dual 12.3-inch curved panoramic display that combines the infotainment and instrument cluster.

Hyundai has also increased cabin space, with a 20 mm longer wheelbase and reworked seat designs to improve comfort. The SUV features reclining rear seats, rear sunshades, ambient lighting, and a “coffee-table” style centre console.

To mark the unveiling, Hyundai released a new promotional film featuring brand ambassador and actor Deepika Padukone. The film, inspired by the power and precision of a fighter jet, mirrors the car’s bold and futuristic design language.

The all-new Venue will offer three engine options — a 1.2-litre petrol, 1.0-litre turbo-petrol, and 1.5-litre diesel — paired with manual, automatic, or DCT transmissions.

In a departure from its earlier trim names, Hyundai has introduced a new “HX” nomenclature inspired by the “Hyundai Experience,” aimed at a younger, tech-savvy audience. Unveiling the new model, Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director and COO, Hyundai Motor India, said, “The Hyundai VENUE has been one of the most loved SUVs in India, with over 7 lakh customers choosing it for its design, technology and performance. With the all-new Hyundai VENUE, we are taking this success story even further.”

The Venue remains one of Hyundai’s top-selling models in India since its debut in 2019. The refreshed version is expected to strengthen the company’s position in the highly competitive compact SUV segment, which includes models like the Maruti Brezza, Tata Nexon, and Kia Sonet.
