NSE to exclude four stocks from F&O segment from January 2026 expiryIn a circular dated October 24, the exchange said that no new F&O contracts will be introduced for these securities after the expiry of the existing ones.By Anshul October 25, 2025, 9:56:17 AM IST (Published)1 Min ReadThe National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) has announced the exclusion of futures and options (F&O) contracts on four securities — Cyient Ltd, HFCL Ltd, NCC Ltd, and Titagarh Rail Systems Ltd — effective from the January 2026 expiry.
In a circular dated October 24, the exchange said that no new F&O contracts will be introduced for these securities after the expiry of the existing ones. The move follows SEBI’s August 30, 2024 circular regarding the eligibility criteria of stocks for derivative trading.
According to the NSE, existing unexpired contracts for the expiry months of October 2025, November 2025, and December 2025 will continue to be available for trading until their respective expiry dates.

New strikes will also be introduced within these existing contract months.
After the expiry of December 2025 contracts, no F&O trading will be available in the above-mentioned securities.
