The gross booking value of ₹970 crore is for around 2.1 lakh square feet of RERA carpet area and a saleable area of about 3.25 lakh square feet of the new tower, Oberoi Realty said in a stock exchange filing.

Elysian Tower D is the latest addition to the Elysian cluster at Oberoi Garden City and offers a blend of luxurious living and modern design, it added. The tower comprises 3 and 4 BHK residences with carpet areas ranging from 2,009 to 3,430 square feet, emphasising open layouts and ample natural light, the company said. The lifestyle amenities include landscaped gardens, a grand entrance lobby with high ceilings, and multiple recreational zones.

Positioned in the heart of Oberoi Garden City, an 80-acre integrated township, Elysian Tower D comprises residential spaces, Grade A commercial offices at International Business Park, premium retail at Oberoi Mall, global-standard education at Oberoi International School and luxury hospitality at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, the company said.

The development is also near the Mumbai’s metro network and major transport corridors, according to the real estate firm.

“We are truly delighted by the overwhelming response to the launch of Elysian Tower D in Oberoi Garden City, Goregaon," Vikas Oberoi, Chairman and Managing Director of Oberoi Realty, said.

Shares of Oberoi Realty gained nearly 2% in early trade to hit an intraday high of ₹1,634 apiece on the BSE on Monday. However, the stock pared some of the gains to trade 0.57% higher at ₹1,613 apiece on the BSE around 9.50 am.
