Odysse Electric Vehicles has launched the upgraded version of its popular Racer scooter — Racer Neo — in India on Monday, July 7. According to the company, this electric scooter is a blend of practical performance, new-age features and improved battery technology, with a price starting at Rs 52,000.

Available in two battery configurations, Graphene (60V, 32AH / 45AH) and Lithium-ion (60V, 24AH) the Racer Neo offers a certified range of up to 90-115 kilometres per charge. The charging time is 4-8hrs.

With a 250W motor and a top speed of 25km/h, the Racer Neo is fully compliant with low-speed EV norms and does not require any licence or registration, making it perfect for students, professionals, and delivery riders, the company said in an official release. 

Commenting on the launch, Nemin Vora, Founder & CEO, Odysse Electric, said: "Racer Neo is a thoughtfully upgraded version of our trusted Racer model. We've refined its design and added smart functional elements to enhance the riding experience while keeping affordability at the core. It reflects our aim of making electric mobility more inclusive and practical across Bharat."

It also introduces a range of smart features such as Adequate Boot Space, Cruise Control, LED Digital Meter, Repair Mode, Keyless Start/Stop, USB Charging Port, City, Reverse & Parking Modes.

Odysse Racer Neo is available in 5 colour options - Fiery Red, Lunar White, Titanium Grey, Pine Green, and Light Cyan. 

The model will be available pan-India via Odysse’s robust dealership network operating in over 150+ locations and online platforms as well.
