The company, in an exchange filing on Wednesday, said its board has approved a second interim dividend of ₹270 per equity share of face value ₹5 each for FY26. It has fixed May 7, 2026 as the record date for the same.

The interim dividend will be paid on or before May 21, 2026 to the shareholders.

Earlier, the board had approved a first interim dividend for financial year 2026 in November 2025, when it paid shareholders ₹130 per share.

Shareholders of Oracle Financial Services have received ₹1,300 per share as dividends over the last six years, starting 2020.

The company paid a dividend of ₹180 per share in 2020, followed by ₹200 in 20021, ₹190 in 2022, ₹225 in 2023, ₹240 in 2024, and ₹265 in May 2025 respectively.

Oracle Financial Services reported a 38.1 % increase in its profit at ₹841.7 crore from ₹609.6 crore in the fourth quarter of the previous quarter.

Its revenue increased 5.1% to ₹2,065.2 crore from ₹1,965.9 crore sequentially.

The company's earnings before interest, tax (EBIT) increased 29.5% to ₹1,040.9 crore from ₹803.8 crore in the previous quarter.

Its margin expanded 51.2% sequentially from 41.7%.

Shares of Oracle Financial Services are trading 7.7% higher at ₹8,751.5. The stock is up 35% in the last one month and was the only IT stock that bucked the trend on Wednesday when the rest of its peers sold off sharply in-line with the result reaction seen in HCLTech.
