PG Electroplast block deal shares purchased by Government of Singapore, Motilal Oswal AMCPG Electroplast shares have tripled in value over the last 12 months. According to data available on the exchanges, the Government of Singapore purchased 38.19 lakh shares of the company, which amounts to 1.34% of the company's total outstanding shares, while Motilal Oswal AMC purchased 15.9 lakh shares or 0.56% of the total outstanding equity of the company.
Both the entities purchased shares of PG Electroplast at an average price of ₹754.8 per share.
Three of PG Electroplast's promoters, Vishal Gupta, Vikas Gupta and Anurag Gupta sold 50 lakh shares each in the block deal, according to official data. The number of shares sold by the three promoters amount to 1.76% each of the total outstanding, taking the total stake sold to 5.3%.
Vishal Gupta had a 17.95% stake in PG Electroplast at the end of the March quarter, while Vikas Gupta and Anurag Gupta had a 17.82% stake and 10.46% stake respectively.
While the Government of Singapore's name does not feature in the company's shareholding pattern for the March quarter, Motilal Oswal does have exposure in the company through its Flexi Cap Fund, which held a 2.65% stake as of March 31, 2025.

Shares of PG Electroplast ended 0.7% lower on Tuesday at ₹766.
