Polyplex to acquire 51% stake in TechNova Printrite for ₹62 croreDeal aimed at boosting digital print portfolio through manufacturing and marketing synergiesBy Navneet Singh  March 25, 2026, 7:52:34 PM IST (Published)2 Min ReadPolyplex Corporation Limited has entered into definitive agreements to acquire a 51% stake in TechNova Printrite Products Private Limited for approximately ₹6,210 lakh (~₹62 crore), as part of its strategy to strengthen its value-added product portfolio.

The company informed exchanges that it has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) and a Shareholders’ and Rights Agreement (SHRA) on March 25, 2026, for the transaction. The acquisition values TechNova Printrite at an enterprise value of ₹12,721 lakh for 100% equity, with the final consideration subject to post-closing adjustments.

The acquisition is aimed at achieving manufacturing and marketing synergies between TechNova Printrite and Polyplex, and to strengthen the value-added product portfolio for digital print applications.

Polyplex Corporation Limited has approved an investment of up to ₹110 lakh to acquire around a 26% stake in BECIS Solar 1 Private Limited, as part of its renewable energy push to develop solar energy projects under the Opex model at its Khatima and Bazpur plants.

The firm has also approved an investment of up to ₹11 crore in Clean Max Neht Private Limited, a special purpose vehicle (SPV), to acquire around a 49% equity stake for procuring solar power for its Khatima and Bazpur plants.

The Company said that it will enter into Share Subscription and Shareholders’ Agreement (“SSSA”) with Clean Max Neht Private Limited, for subscribing of Equity Shares in due course.

The investment is part of the company’s plans to support renewable energy deployment across its manufacturing facilities.
