Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) -- a Maharatna PSU under the Ministry of Power -- conducted a meeting of analysts and institutional investors in Mumbai on Monday, February 2.

POWERGRID CMD Dr RK Tyagi interacted with analysts and institutional investors at the meeting, in the presence of Director (Finance) G Ravisankar, Director (Personnel) Dr Yatindra Dwivedi, Director (Operations) Naveen Srivastava, Director (Projects) Burra Vamsi Rama Mohan and several senior officials.

As of February 3, POWERGRID has commissioned and is operating 287 Sub-Stations and has more than 1,83,174 ckm transmission lines and 5,99,516 MVA of transformation capacity.

With the adoption of the latest technological tools and techniques, enhanced use of automation and digital solutions, POWERGRID has been able to maintain an average transmission system availability of more than 99.84 per cent.
