In a regulatory filing, the company said the block spans 17.534 hectares in the villages of Hinauti, Tehsil Rampur Baghelan, District Satna. The limestone reserves in the block are estimated at 4.419 million tonnes of cement-grade quality.
The Directorate of Geology and Mining, Mineral Resource Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh, issued the declaration on September 22, 2025.

First Quarter Results
Prism Johnson posted a net loss of ₹5.6 crore, narrowing from a loss of ₹18.3 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue rose 7% year-on-year to ₹1,922 crore, compared to ₹1,746 crore in the year-ago period.
Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation (EBITDA) grew 28% year-on-year to ₹169 crore, up from ₹132 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 9%, compared to 7.5% in the corresponding quarter last year.
Prism Johnson is a leading integrated building materials company in India, primarily involved in manufacturing and selling a wide range of products, including cement, ready-mixed concrete, ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, and bath fittings, operating under the divisions of "Prism Cement", "H&R Johnson (HRJ)", and "RMC (India)".
