Real estate major DLF Ltd clocked robust new bookings worth ₹11,425 crore in the June quarter, marking a 78% jump year-on-year. The boost came from the launch of a major project in the Privana ecosystem, while collections stood at ₹2,794 crore.
Occupancy levels across DLF’s commercial and retail rental portfolio remained strong at 94%, and the company’s rental arm DCCDL posted ₹1,326 crore in revenue, up 15% YoY. here
