Leading transportation and logistics company VRL Logistics Ltd on Thursday (February 5) reported a net profit of ₹64.75 crore for the third quarter, up 9% from ₹59.42 crore in the year-ago period. The company reported total income of ₹831 crore for Q3 FY26, unchanged from ₹831 crore in Q3 FY25, impacted by volume moderation from contract restructuring and voluntary exit from low-margin business. here

State-run insurance behemoth Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) reported a robust set of numbers for the December quarter, with standalone net profit climbing to ₹12,958 crore, up from ₹11,056 crore in the year-ago period — a rise of nearly 17%. here
