V-Mart Retail Ltd. announced its March quarter results on May 2, and declared a 3:1 bonus share issue. Eligible shareholders will receive three bonus shares for every one share held, with the record date to be announced later.Data analytics firm Latent View Analytics reported a strong set of numbers for the March quarter, with net profit rising 18.4% year-on-year to ₹53.5 crore, compared to ₹45.2 crore in the same period last year. Revenue for the quarter grew 35.3% YoY to ₹232 crore, driven by robust demand for the company’s data-led digital transformation services.V-Mart Retail Ltd on Friday said its board has recommended a bonus issue of equity shares in the ratio of 3:1, subject to shareholder approval. Eligible shareholders will receive 3 fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each for every 1 existing fully paid-up equity share of ₹10, the company said in a filing.State-owned Indian Overseas Bank reported its Q4 results on May 2, with both net profit and core income showing year-on-year growth, supported by a decline in provisioning.

Shares of NMDC Ltd surged on Friday after the state-run miner reported a 15% year-on-year rise in iron ore production for April 2025 at 4.00 million tonnes, up from 3.48 million tonnes a year earlier.

Godrej Properties shares are rising despite the company issuing a weaker FY26 outlook compared to FY25. While business development and project deliveries are projected to decline in FY26, residential bookings are expected to rise.

Shares of Ami Organics surged as much as 6.5% on Friday after its Q4 results.

Net profit for the quarter doubled from last year.

Revenue increased by 37%, while margins expanded by nearly 8 percentage points.

For financial year 2025, Godrej Properties had surpassed its projected figures on all parameters. Its booking value was 109% of the guided figure, while launch value, customer collections and deliveries were 122%, 114% and 123% higher than the projections made at the start of the year, Godrej Properties said in its investor presentation.

– Guidance through a launch of large new projects combined with strong sales

– Strong construction progress will allow maintaining rapid growth in operating cash flow as well

Indian Oil Corporation shares gained nearly 4% on Friday after brokerages expect the share price to move higher after its Q4 results.

Morgan Stanley has a price target of ₹205 on the stock, implying a potential upside of 49% from Wednesday’s close.

Jefferies also maintained its “buy” rating on the stock.

Federal Bank shares are down 4% after its Q4 results.

Nomura maintained its “buy” rating but marginally cut its price target to ₹220 from ₹225 earlier. It has also cut its EPS estimates for FY26-27 and expects NIMs to moderate.

Morgan Stanley remains “underweight” on the stock with a price target of ₹160 on a tough near-term outlook and high competitive intensity.

Godrej Properties shares are trading with gains of around 2%, but are off the highs of the day ahead of its results announcement.

More than the results, focus will be on commentary and guidance for financial year 2026.

Shares of Newgen Software Ltd. are surging 12% ahead of its quarterly results.

The stock had gained 10% last Thursday as well.
