The company's revenue, however, rose 6.5% to ₹444.7 crore from ₹417.4 crore.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation (EBITDA) stood at ₹148.9 crore, up 1.3% year-on-year, while margins narrowed to 33.5% from 35.2%.

The company’s board has appointed Abrarali Dalal as chief executive officer, effective January 20, 2026.

According to the exchange filing, Dalal, a veteran healthcare leader with over 25 years of experience, has previously led large hospital networks through transformational growth, driving profitability and operational excellence.

With a background spanning operations, strategy, and business development, Dalal is known for his focus on digital transformation, clinical excellence, and productivity-driven profitability. He holds an MBA, a diploma in foreign trade, and a bachelor’s degree in science from reputed institutions in Pune.

Shares of Rainbow Children’s Medicare Ltd ended lower on Thursday, November 13, down 0.42% at ₹1,353.40 on the NSE.
