Revenue declined 10.6% sequentially and 4.8% year-on-year to ₹1,050.8 crore, impacted by a drop in international business and the termination of certain low-margin customer contracts.
EBITDA margin slipped to 8.9% from 10.4% in the previous quarter, while profit after tax fell 6% QoQ and 32% YoY.

Gautam Badalia has resigned as CEO with effect from July 17, 2025.
The Board of Route Mobile has approved the re-designation of Rajdipkumar Gupta as Managing Director and CEO of the company with effect from July 18, 2025.
Route Mobile is prioritising cost optimisation and automation using artificial intelligence (AI) amid global uncertainties and changing business dynamics.
In an interaction with CNBC-TV18 earlier in May, CEO Gautam Badalia said, "We are committed to also try some cost optimisation during the year and thereby drive some stronger profitability."
Badalia highlighted that Route's direct connectivity with over 450 mobile network operators gives it a key edge as global clients move away from intermediaries due to rising trust concerns.
Route Mobile shares ended 0.0099% on Thursday at ₹1,012.20.
