Himanchal Real Estate: The Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL), one of India's expanding hospitality chains, has strengthened its presence in North India with the signing of a new 43-key property, Regenta Place Golden Castle in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. The group has made a strategic entry into Baddi, widely recognised as Asia’s largest pharmaceutical hub.

The company, in its exchange filing, said that the property will be located on Baddi-Nalagarh Road (NH-105) and will operate under a management agreement in line with Royal Orchid’s asset-light expansion strategy. Regenta Place Golden Castle is planned to attract the area’s large business travel demand, mainly the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industry-related people, while also serving as a preferred venue for social events and weddings.

The Regenta Place Golden Castle will offer 43 spacious and well-appointed rooms, featuring modern amenities like LED TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, electronic safe, and mini-bar, the company said. The room types include Suite Rooms (600 sq ft) with bathtubs and hill views, Super Deluxe Rooms (350 sq ft) with roadside views, Deluxe Rooms (320 sq ft)offering scenic hill views, and Executive Rooms (250 sq ft) overlooking the lawn.

The hotel will offer full-fledged hospitality and event facilities. Among them are PINXX, a multi-cuisine restaurant serving Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines; a Sky Bar and Lounge with an open terrace setting; two banquet halls and one meeting room; and a 12,000 sq ft landscaped lawn dedicated to weddings and large social gatherings. Swimming pool, spa, 24-hour in-room dining, and high-speed internet connectivity.

The property is very well connected; located about 2 km away from the Baddi Bus Stand, 27 km from the Chandigarh Railway Station, and 50 km from Chandigarh Airport, thus making it easily accessible for all the guests, whether domestic or outstation guests.
