Rs 130 Dividend: This IT company sets record date for 2600% payout—Check out payment date

Rs 130 Dividend: Oracle Financial Services Software Limited (OFSS), a part of Oracle Corporation, has announced an interim dividend of Rs 130 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend translates to a payout of 2,600 per cent on the face value of Rs 5 per share.

According to the company’s exchange filing, the board has approved the interim dividend and fixed Monday, November 3, 2025, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders. The total dividend payout amounts to around Rs 819.66 crore.

"...fixed Monday, November 3, 2025 as the Record Date for the purpose of said Interim Dividend", said company in an exchange filing.

The payment will be made on or before Saturday, November 15, 2025, to shareholders whose names appear in the company’s register as on the record date.

In a an exchange filing company noted "Board has decided that the Interim Dividend be paid on or before Saturday, November 15, 2025 to the Shareholders whose names appear on the list of members of the Company as at the close of business on Monday, November 3, 2025."

Shares of Oracle Financial Services closed at Rs 8614.15 on October 21, 2025. Over the past year, the stock has traded between a 52-week high of Rs 13,220 on December 30, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 7,038 on April 7, 2025. The stock is down about 20 per cent compared to the same period last year.

For the second quarter of FY26, Oracle Financial Services reported a 7 per cent year-over-year revenue increase to Rs 1,789 crore, but its net income dropped by 5 per cent year-over-year to Rs 546 crore.

Products business revenue grew 7 per cent to Rs 1,623 crore. Services business revenue grew 6 per cent to Rs 166 crore. Net Income decreases 5 Per cent to Rs 546 crore year-over-year.
