Colgate-Palmolive (India) Dividend 2025: Colgate-Palmolive (India), the parent company of Colgate toothpaste, has announced its quarterly results for the year ending September 2025.
The company has also declared a 2400% per cent dividend for its shareholders, amounting to a total payout of Rs 652.8 crore, along with the record and payment dates for dividend entitlement.
Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited has announced its first interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26, offering Rs 24 per equity share of Rs 1 each.
Shareholders whose names appear in the company’s Register of Members or Beneficial Owners on the record date, November 3, 2025, will be eligible to receive the dividend. The payout will be made from November 19, 2025.
The company reported net sales of Rs 1,507 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, showing a sequential growth of 6.1 per cent from Rs 1,421 crore in the previous quarter.
Compared to Rs 1,609 crore in the same period last year, sales were slightly lower.
Net profit after tax for the quarter stood at Rs 328 crore, down from Rs 395 crore in the corresponding period last year.
Excluding the one-time impact of interest on a tax refund in the base year, the profit declined by 7.2 per cent, reflecting a modest slowdown in profitability.
Colgate-Palmolive (India) has maintained a steady track record of rewarding its shareholders through regular dividends.
In the past few years, the company declared interim dividends of Rs 27 per share in May 2025, Rs 24 per share in November 2024, Rs 26 per share in May 2024, and Rs 22 per share in November 2023.
Additionally, it issued a special dividend of Rs 10 per share in May 2024.
