The order has been awarded under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the company said in an exchange filing dated February 24, 2026.
The contract pertains to the design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of a 220/132/55 KV Traction Substation, along with Sectioning Posts (SPs) and Sub-Sectioning Posts (SSPs), in the 2 x 25 KV Traction System (Scott Connected Transformer) of the Daund-Solapur section of Central Railway. The project is aimed at meeting a 3,000 MT loading target and will be executed on an EPC mode basis.
The work falls within the normal course of business of the company and is governed by general contract conditions. The project has been awarded by a domestic entity and is to be completed within a period of 24 months.
RVNL clarified that neither the promoter nor the promoter group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract. The order does not fall within related party transactions.

The total consideration for the project stands at ₹270,22,24,735.83, inclusive of taxes.
