Sagility India share price: Shares of Sagility India Ltd jumped nearly 10 per cent on Thursday after the company reported a robust set of numbers for the July–September quarter.

At around 10:03 AM, Sagility india ltd share price were trading 5.03 per cent higher at Rs 53.43 on the NSE, after hitting a day’s high of Rs 56.

The stock’s 52-week high stands at Rs 56.40, while the low is Rs 27.02. The company’s market capitalization now stands at Rs 24,980 crore.

For Q2FY26, Sagility’s net profit more than doubled to Rs 251 crore from Rs 117 crore a year earlier. Revenue rose 25.2 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,658 crore. EBITDA jumped 37.7 per cent to Rs 415 crore, and operating margin improved to 25 per cent from 22.7 per cent in the same quarter last year.

The company’s Board of Directors announced an interim dividend of Rs 0.05 per share (face value Rs 10 each) for FY26. The record date has been fixed as November 12, 2025, with payment scheduled on or before November 28, 2025, according to a regulatory filing.

JP Morgan maintained an overweight rating on Sagility Ltd and raised the target price to Rs 64 from Rs 54. Jefferies also maintained a buy rating, revising its target upward to Rs 62 from Rs 54.

According to Jefferies, Q2 revenues were in line, though margins and profits beat estimates, delivering a key positive surprise. The brokerage noted that Sagility’s growth outlook remains strong given healthy deal wins, consistent new client additions, and cross-sell synergies with Broadpath.

Jefferies raised its FY26–28 EPS estimates by 2–8 per cent and expects a 20 per cent EPS CAGR over FY26–28.
