The shares of Hero MotoCorp are in focus. The company announced its quarterly results for Q4. The company’s profit after tax stood at ₹1,081 crore. The revenue figures stood at ₹9,939. The numbers stood largely in line with the estimates. The company’s share price stands at ₹3,961.00.

The shares of Jubilant Ingrevia rose by over 2% on Tuesday. The company reported a jump in net profit, with the figure rising to ₹74 crore, compared to ₹29 crore. The EBITDA figures also rose by 59.60%. In addition, the margin stood at 13.93%.

Arkade Developers reported a strong Q4 performance with net profit up 70% year-on-year to ₹33.3 crore.

Revenue rose 7% to ₹131.4 crore, while EBITDA jumped 65% to ₹44.4 crore.

Margins improved significantly to 33.79% from 21.91% last year.

 

The shares of Patel Engineering are under pressure, as they are currently trading with a decline of close to 2.50%. SRF provides positive FY26 outlook for Chemical and Florochem business

Chemical Business Outlook

The agrochemicals segment is expected to perform better.

The company has a strong pipeline of new products.

Growth will be driven by new pharma intermediate launches and increased activity at recently opened plants.

Fluorochemicals Business Outlook

The company is focusing on increasing HFC production to meet quota requirements.

Its integrated operations offer key advantages.

Demand and prices for Contract Manufacturing Services (CMS) are expected to stay stable.

PTFE is likely to see more demand with positive developments expected in FY26.

A newly launched HF plant will help boost refrigerant gas production.

Suven Life Sciences plans to issue up to 6.4 crore convertible warrants on a preferential basis.

These warrants, priced at ₹134 each, will be allotted to both promoters and non-promoters, including investors such as Quant Mutual Fund, Tejas Trivedi, Abakkus, and Prashant Jain.

Advanced Enzyme reported a 6.7% drop in net profit to ₹26.4 crore year-on-year, even as revenue rose 5.8% to ₹167 crore.

EBITDA fell 18% to ₹45.5 crore, with margins shrinking to 27.23% from 35.13% in the same period last year.

As markets struggled in red, the Nifty IT index was one of the biggest losers amongst sectoral indices. The index dipped 695.10 points, or 1.82%.

– Infosys declined by over 3.1%

Several Nifty Smallcap stocks are trading lower today, with PG Electroplast leading the decline, down nearly 4.5%. KFin Technologies and Chambal Fertilisers are also down around 4%, while Welspun Living has dropped nearly 3% and Navin Fluorine is down 2%.

 

Lupin has launched Tolvaptan tablets in the US with 180-day marketing exclusivity.

The drug is used to slow the decline of kidney function in adults and has estimated annual US sales of $1,467 million.

One97 Communications (Paytm) bounced back from earlier lows.

After falling as much as 4%, the stock is now down only 1.74%.

The current price of the stock is at ₹851.50.

 

Defence stocks were trading with gains of up to nearly 7% on Tuesday, May 13, after Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in his address to the nation on Monday, post the pause in India-Pakistan military action, called for “Made In India” defence equipment.

Several stocks from the Nifty Smallcap 100 index are trading higher today, with Redington leading the pack, up nearly 5.5%. Sagility India and Zen Technologies have also gained around 5% each. Afcons Infrastructure is trading close to 5% higher, while IIFL Finance is up nearly 4.92%.

Larsen & Toubro has received an order worth between ₹2,500 crore and ₹5,000 crore for its buildings and factories division.
