Brokerage firm UBS on Monday, September 15, initiated coverage on two Midcap IT stocks, Mphasis Ltd. and Persistent Systems Ltd., with a “buy” recommendation, and projecting up to a 25% upside.UBS has ascribed a price target of ₹3,730 per share for Mphasis, which implies a potential upside of 16% from Friday’s close, while for Persistent, UBS has a target of ₹6,730, which implies a potential upside of 25%. here

Apollo Hospitals will acquire IFC’s 30.8% stake in its subsidiary Apollo Health and Lifestyle for ₹1,254 crore in an all-cash deal, raising its holding to 99.42%. The shares are being purchased at ₹301.09 each. here
