Varun Beverages shares will be in focus after the purchase of a 100% share in Twizza Proprietary Ltd., situated in South Africa, at an enterprise value of ZAR 2,095 million, or around ₹1,118.7 crore, has been approved by the board of Varun Beverages Ltd.

Five stocks listed on the exchanges are slated to see their record dates for the corporate actions. Some of them are Nectar Lifesciences and GRM Overseas, among others.

The US is also pursuing another tanker, officials told agencies on Sunday, in what would be the third such operation in less than two weeks if it succeeds.
