Valuation-wise, it’s expensive. It’s not very cheap, so you can jump and buy it. The advice would be to wait for one more quarter.

Let’s see how the Q3 numbers pan out, and then if the traction is picking up, one can go and buy it. Just because the valuations are pretty expensive, we are giving it an avoid as of now.

The market may be stuck between the (1) positives of a stable macro, stabilising earnings and a likely strong recovery in earnings in FY2027 and (2) negatives of rich valuations and an uncertain global outlook.

Retail sentiment continues to be optimistic but would need watching given dwindling trailing returns. 2QFY26 results were a mixed bag and distorted by GST rate cuts.

On Monday, November 17, shares of Mahanagar Gas Ltd. (MGL) and GAIL (India) Ltd. will be closely watched following Sunday’s disruption of Mumbai’s compressed natural gas (CNG) supply due to damage to a major pipeline, according to MGL.

According to a statement from the firm, the disruption happened as a result of third-party damage to GAIL’s primary gas supply pipeline inside the RCF site, which affected delivery to MGL’s City Gate Station (CGS) at Wadala.

MGL says, 3rd-party damage in the main gas supply pipeline of GAIL inside RCF compound. CNG stations across Mumbai, Thane & NaviMumbai may not operate.
