We believe that paying up a little for visible growth makes sense, and hence our model portfolio has a slightly higher PE of 23x (MSCI India at 22x) but has a lower PEG of 1.1x, vs 1.4x for MSCI India. Top picks for CY26 include Axis Bank, Bharti Airtel, Cholamandalam, TVS Motor, M&M, Ambuja Cements, Lodha/Godrej Properties, Max Healthcare, JSW Energy, and GMR.
