Shares of Atlanta Electricals Ltd. debuted on September 29 at ₹858.10, nearly 14% above its IPO price of ₹754, following strong investor subscription to the nearly ₹700 crore issue. here

Shares of Ganesh Consumer Products Ltd. debuted on September 29 at ₹296, down 8.4% from the IPO price of ₹322, following a tepid response to its three-day IPO aimed at raising over ₹400 crore. here

Shares of Indian Railways Finance Corp Ltd. rose up to 2% on September 29 after the company sanctioned three loans totaling ₹20,028.51 crore over the weekend, including ₹12,640 crore to Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Company, ₹3,388.51 crore to NTPC subsidiary PVUNL, and ₹4,000 crore to Talcher Fertiliser. here

EPack Prefab Technologies will finalise the share allotment for its ₹504 crore IPO on September 29, following strong investor demand. The issue included a ₹300 crore fresh issue and a ₹204 crore offer-for-sale of 1 crore promoter shares, with subscriptions open from September 24 to 26. here

Shares of HDB Financial Services fell over 1% on September 29 as the company’s three-month shareholder lock-in period ended. Around 2.28 crore shares, or 3% of its outstanding equity, became available for trading. here

Shares of Hindustan Unilever Ltd. fell up to 2% on September 29 after the company reported that its consolidated business growth for the September quarter is expected to be flat to low single digits year-on-year. here

On IT Stocks

Last time we had HCLTech, for example, trading at 5% free cash flow. We are at more than 5% right now so I think that’s very attractive. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) again, 4.5% dividend yield, very attractive in my mind, we are expecting significant margin expansion and an acceleration of revenue growth for TCS to drive a re-rating over the next 12 months. That is our top pick for now – TCS, and among the mid-caps, we like Persistent Systems and L&T Technology Services.

The shares of the public-owned defence company BEL surged after the company bagged a ₹30,000 crore order from the Indian Army.

Fabtech Technologies, an EPC-Pharma company, will open its ₹230 crore IPO for subscription on September 29, closing on October 1. The price band is ₹181–₹191 per share, with a complete fresh issue of 1.2 crore equity shares. Investors can bid in lots of 75 shares, starting at a minimum investment of ₹14,325. here
