Ramky Infrastructure has signed a Restructuring Agreement (RA) with its lenders to restructure the total debt amounting to ₹3,859.81 crore.

Patanjali Foods announced, on July 14, that its board will consider a bonus share proposal during its meeting on Thursday, July 17.
