Definitely a falling knife at this point in time. I will be expecting targets of around ₹340-330 levels, where we have a quarterly swing low for ITC. If it does not sustain here, the next level is ₹300, which is the next quarterly swing low. So the trend is down; I would definitely expect more sell-off here for ITC, and my view is negative as well.

Shares of ITC Ltd. dropped another 4% on Friday, January 2, continuing their downward trend following Thursday’s steep sell-off triggered by the increase in excise duty on cigarettes. Since the morning, ITC has received at least seven downgrades, with significant reductions to price targets.
