Sunteck Realty Ltd., a real estate developer based in Mumbai, saw a 12% increase in its shares on Wednesday, April 22, following the release of its fourth quarter results on Tuesday after market hours. The stock has gained 15% in a single day for the first time since September of last year.

On Wednesday, April 22, Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd.’s stock fell as much as 10% following the company’s Q4FY26 results, which fell short of forecasts due to margin pressure and negative order patterns.

During Wednesday’s trading session, market procedures are dominated by reaction to results. With a 9% decline following a bad quarter and equally disappointing guidance for the upcoming fiscal year, HCLTech is the biggest loser on the Nifty 50.
