On Friday, November 7, Bharti Airtel Ltd. shares fell 3.5% following a block deal involving the exchange of 5.1 crore shares.

Citing sources, CNBC-TV18 reported on Thursday, November 6, that Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. (Singtel), through Pastel Ltd., was expected to sell about 0.8% of Bharti Airtel for ₹10,300 crore, with a floor price of ₹2,030 per share.
