Fintech SaaS company Zaggle has secured an order from SMC Global to provide employee expense management and benefits solutions, strengthening its presence in the corporate services space.

Eli Lilly announced that it will invest over $1 billion in India in the coming years to expand manufacturing and supply through local drugmakers.

The company aims to leverage India’s skilled workforce to support its global manufacturing growth. The collaborations will help increase the availability of Lilly’s key drugs, including treatments for obesity, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, cancer, and autoimmune conditions.

On Monday, September 6, subscriptions for Tata Capital, India’s largest initial public offering (IPO) of 2025, opened. It surpasses HDB Financial’s ₹12,500 crore problem as the year’s largest. The issue has 20% of subscribers as of 11:30 AM.

The offering consists of an Offer for Sale (OFS) from promoters Tata Sons and International Finance Corporation (IFC) for ₹8,665 crore and a new issue of equity totalling ₹6,846 crore.

 

Ahead of the Diwali celebration, SpiceJet announced on Monday, October 6, that it would begin daily nonstop flights to Ayodhya from four Indian cities: Delhi, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad.

On October 8, 2025, SpiceJet will begin operating direct flights to the holy city of Ayodhya in Uttar Pradesh.

 

On Monday, October 6, Jammu & Kashmir Bank Ltd. said that its total business for the second quarter of the current fiscal year (Q2 FY25-26) increased 9.89% year over year to ₹2,57,196 crore (provisional).
