Shares of magnet winding wires manufacturer KSH International are set to make their debut on Dalal Street on Tuesday, December 23.
Ahead of the listing, KSH International has reduced the size of its initial public offering to ₹644.4 crore from ₹710 crore earlier. The move was made to meet the minimum 90% subscription requirement, as outlined in the final prospectus filed with the exchanges.

The board of ACC Ltd. on Monday, December 22, approved the merger of the company with Ambuja Cements, another group entity. The announcement was made after market closing hours.
The scheme is subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals, including the approval of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The said scheme will also be filed with the stock exchanges to obtain their No-Objection Certificate.
