Under the plan, a unit of the subsidiary will be merged with Sriam Labs, and the remaining business will be integrated into the parent entity. here

Bengaluru-based Wipro Limited on Thursday (August 21) announced the acquisition of the digital transformation solutions (DTS) business unit of Harman, a Samsung company, expanding the company’s portfolio to deliver next-generation engineering research & development (ER&D) services. here
