On Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL)
We have been consistently maintaining for the last two to three years as a regular investment buy on all the defence companies, and the top pick has been HAL out there. Look at the journey of HAL, in 2015 they used to report operating margin of 14-15% from there, they have gone to 31-32% as of now, as OEM takes centre stage, rather than servicing and operations, maintenance and all kind of a system, so it’s a structural growth story playing out in HAL and other defence companies as well. One has to be a clear investor in that. Our view – FY27 based valuation multiple is, we have a valuation target of around ₹6,000 on HAL. So any declines out there for whatever reason they happen is a good buying opportunity into Hindustan Aeronautics.#CNBCTV18Market | #NazaraTech falls 5%, #DeltaCorp slips over 3% as govt plans to table bill banning online money gaming in the #Parliament pic.twitter.com/MwfcwwIlYt
