Nifty 50 is currently at 25,489.35

IndusInd Bank, Shriram Finance, Bajaj Finserv, HDFC Life, Trent are the top Nifty 50 losers.

A total of 26 of the 50 stocks are trading with losses.

Shares of IndusInd Bank fell as much as 3% on Wednesday, July 2, after brokerage firm Goldman Sachs downgraded the Mumbai-based private lender to “sell” from its earlier rating of “neutral”.

Goldman Sachs had earlier downgraded the stock to “neutral” from “buy” at the start of 2025.

Mumbai-based private lender RBL Bank Ltd. has denied reports of Emirates NBD looking to acquire a minority stake. The lender issued this clarification to CNBC-TV18 on Wednesday, July 2.

“The media article that you are referring to is incorrect and speculative in nature. We deny the contents of the article,” RBL Bank’s response stated.

The stock listed at ₹110 on the NSE and ₹110.10 on the BSE, compared to its issue price of ₹82.
