Friday’s attention will be on JSW Energy Ltd. shares in light of two significant developments.
The business has a deal with Statkraft IH Holding AS to buy all of the stock in Tidong Power Generation Pvt. Ltd. (TPGPL), a company working on a 150 MW hydroelectric project. Tidong Power’s FY25 revenue stood at ₹39 crore.
With a price objective of ₹1,300, Jefferies kept its “buy” recommendation on Adani Green Energy.
Jefferies’ price objective also suggests a possible 29% increase for the company, which is comparable to Morgan Stanley’s estimate for Adani Power.
After Hind Rectifiers Ltd. announced that its proposed subsidiary had paid €1 million in cash and used internal accruals to support the acquisition of the business and operating assets of France-based BeLink Solutions, the company’s shares saw a 5% increase on Friday, September 19.
According to Hind Rectifiers, the prospective subsidiary is receiving €2 million in total investment, of which the former will purchase preferred shares valued at €1 million on its own.
