Puravankara Ltd, the Bengaluru-based real estate developer, reported Q2 pre-sales of ₹1,322 crore, up 4% year-on-year from ₹1,270 crore.
Average realisation improved 7% YoY to ₹8,814 per sq. ft.
Customer collections from the real estate business rose 8% YoY to ₹1,047 crore.
Sales volume stood at 1.50 million sq. ft. during the quarter.
