Shareholder Lock-in: Seven companies to see shares worth ₹3,400 crore free up for trade todayAs many as seven companies will be seeing their respective shareholder lock-in end in today's trading session. The total value of those shares is close to ₹3,400 crore. However, a majority of that value belongs to one company. Let's look at those stocks in greater detail. The total value of those shares is close to ₹3,400 crore. However, a majority of that value belongs to one company. Let's look at those stocks in greater detail. Additionally, shares of five out of those seven companies are currently trading below their issue price. It must be noted that the end of the shareholder lock-in period does not mean all the shares will be sold in the open market. They only become eligible for trading.:

Solarworld Energy Solutions | The company will see its three-month shareholder lock-in end today, which will free up 3.1 million shares or 4% of the outstanding equity, according to Nuvama Alternative & Quantitative Research. The value of those shares based on Wednesday's closing is ₹84.6 crore. The stock currently trades 22% below its issue price of ₹351.

Seshaasai Technologies | Seshaasai Technologies will also see its three-month shareholder lock-in end today, with 2.9 million shares or 2% outstanding worth ₹79.5 crore freeing up for trade. The stock trades 35% below its IPO price of ₹423.

Sanathan Textiles | Majority value of the shares freeing up for trade today belongs to Sanathan Textiles. One of the two companies trading above their issue price. 58% outstanding or 48.6 million shares of the company will free up for trade today as its one-year shareholder lock-in ends. The total value of those shares is worth ₹2,094 crore. The stock trades 34% above its IPO price of ₹321.

Jaro Institute | 0.8 million shares or 3% of the company's outstanding will free up for trade as its three-month lock-in ends today. The total value of those shares is worth ₹43 crore. The stock is down 40% from its IPO price of ₹890.

Concord Enviro Systems | The company's one-year shareholder lock-in ends today which will result in 9.4 million shares or 46% of its outstanding free up for trade. The total value of those shares is worth ₹420 crore. The stock is down 36% from its IPO price of ₹701.

Arisinfra Solutions | As many as 36 million shares or 44% of the company's outstanding will free up for trade as its six-month shareholder lock-in ends today. The total value of those shares is worth ₹497 crore. The stock trades 38% below its issue price of ₹222.

Anand Rathi Shares | The other company in this list whose shares are currently trading above their IPO price will see its three-month shareholder lock-in end today, with 2.7 million shares or 4% of the total outstanding freeing up for trade.
