Stock Market Today: Small-cap stock below ₹50, the HMA Agro share price gained during the intraday trades on Friday. HMA Agro Industries Ltd intimated the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE Ltd or the Bombay Stock Exchange about the Allotment of Equity Shares by Subsidiary Company. The intimation on Allotment of Equity Shares by Subsidiary Company was made by HMA Agro Industries on Friday 16, May 2025.
As per the release on the exchanges, Small-cap stock below ₹50, the HMA Agro said that one of its Subsidiary company has allotted 30,37,000 (Thirty Lakh Thirty-Seven Thousand) equity shares of face value ₹10/- each at an issue price of ₹10/- per share, aggregating to ₹3,03,70,000/- (Rupees Three Crore Three Lakh Seventy Thousand only) by way of conversion of loan into equity. The subsidiary being referred to by HMA Ago that has allotted shares converting loans into equity is HMA Natural Foods Private Limited
The Small-cap stock below ₹50, HMA Agro in its release also said that the credit of shares has been duly confirmed by HMA Natural Foods Private Limited through a confirmation letter received from Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL).
Small-cap stock below ₹50, HMA Agro share price opened at ₹33.05 on the BSE on Fridy. At the time of opening Small-cap stock below ₹50, HMA Agro debt share price had opened slightly higher compared to previous day's closing price of ₹32.91. However the Small-cap stock below ₹50, HMA Agro share price gained further to intraday highs of ₹33.70, which meant gains of 2.4% for the HMA Agro share price. This was despite weakness in the Indian Stock Market and on a day when Sensex dipped almost half a per cent during the intraday trades
