Stocks to watch, Coal India, Dabur, Niva Bupa, United Breweries, Blue Star, Sonata Software, Somany Ceramics, Symphony, Tata Chemicals, Airtel, Vodafone Idea, Lupin and more, these are the stocks to watch for tomorrow.Coal India | The world’s leading coal producer reported a stronger-than-expected fourth-quarter net profit of ₹9,604 crore ($1.15 billion) on Wednesday, surpassing the estimate of ₹7,678 crore by CNBC-TV18 poll. The company reported a profit of ₹8,572 crore in the same quarter last year. The Maharatna PSU’s revenue for the January-March quarter reached ₹37,824.5 crore, topping the CNBC-TV18 poll estimate of ₹37,389 crore.Dabur | Homegrown FMCG major reported a net profit of ₹312.7 crore was slightly lower than the expectations of ₹329 crore. On a year-on-year basis, the company's profit declined by 8.4%. Revenue for the quarter was flat from last year to ₹2,830.14 crore. The figure was slightly below expectations of ₹2,840 crore. Dabur's EBITDA declined by 8.6% year-on-year to ₹426.8 crore, which was below expectations of ₹429 crore, while margins stood at 15.1% from 16.6% last year and were marginally better than the CNBC-TV8 poll of 15%.Niva Bupa | Standalone health insurer reported a 31.2% year-on-year (YoY) jump in net profit at ₹206 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025, compared to ₹157 crore in Q4FY24. The insurer reported an 18.2% YoY rise in gross premiums written for the fourth quarter of FY25, reaching ₹2,078.7 crore compared to ₹1,759.4 crore in the same period last year. Net premium written increased by 21% YoY to ₹1,672 crore from ₹1,381.9 crore.United Breweries | Beer maker beat the Street, posting a 20.5% year-on-year (YoY) increase in standalone net profit at ₹97.4 crore for the fourth quarter that ended on March 31, 2025, over ₹80.80 crore in Q4 FY24. The CNBC-TV18 poll had predicted a profit of ₹90 crore for the quarter under review. Standalone revenue from operations was up 8.9% YoY to ₹2,321.3 crore against ₹2,131.5 crore in the last year. The CNBC-TV18 poll had predicted revenue of ₹2,303 crore for the quarter under review.Blue Star | Leading Indian air conditioning and commercial refrigeration company, reported a 20.6% rise in fourth-quarter net profit on Wednesday, driven by robust demand for cooling solutions. The company’s consolidated net profit reached ₹193.6 crore for the quarter ended March 31, up from ₹160.5 crore in the same period last year. Revenue from operations climbed 20.8% year-on-year to ₹4,019 crore, reflecting strong growth in both residential and commercial segments, fueled by rising temperatures and increasing consumer spending.Sonata Software | IT company, reported a 2.56% year-on-year (YoY) decline in net profit at ₹107.53 crore for Q4FY25 over ₹110.36 crore last year. Revenue from operations increased 19.4% to ₹2,617.2 crore against ₹2,191.61 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal. In its international IT services segment, the company posted revenue of ₹2,829.7 crore for the full year, registering a 5.6% YoY increase. However, revenue for Q4FY25 declined 4% sequentially to ₹702.3 crore.Somany Ceramics | The company reported a 30.8% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit for the March-ending quarter of FY25, as pricing pressure and underutilisation of capacity continued to impact margins. The company posted a net profit of ₹21 crore on Wednesday, down from ₹31 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter rose 4.6% year-on-year to ₹772 crore, up from ₹738 crore in Q4 FY24.Symphony | The company's net profit climbed 64.6% year-on-year to ₹79 crore, compared to ₹48 crore in the same period last year. Revenue grew 47% YoY to ₹488 crore from ₹332 crore, driven by robust sales momentum and improved operating efficiencies. EBITDA jumped 87.7% to ₹107 crore from ₹57 crore in the year-ago quarter, while margins improved to 22%, up from 17.2% a year earlier.Tata Chemicals | The company reported a net loss of ₹56 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025, down more than 15-fold from ₹850 crore in Q4FY24. Revenue from operations increased 1% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹3,509 crore against ₹3,475 crore, as pricing pressure continued in all geographies. At the operating level, EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation) tanked 26% to ₹327 crore in Q4FY25 over ₹443 crore a year ago.Lupin | Drug firm said it has launched eslicarbazepine acetate tablets in the US after securing approval from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its abbreviated new drug application (ANDA). The product, available in 200 mg, 400 mg, 600 mg, and 800 mg strengths, is the generic equivalent of Sumitomo Pharma America’s Aptiom and is indicated for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients aged four years and above. Lupin is among the first ANDA applicants for the drug and is eligible for 180 days of shared generic exclusivity in the US market.Airtel, Vodafone Idea | India’s top telecom operators — Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel — continued to lead subscriber additions in March 2025, even as Vodafone Idea maintained a stable base and BSNL struggled to gain traction. According to data released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), Reliance Jio remained the market leader in the wireless broadband segment with a subscriber base of 465.10 million as of March-end. Bharti Airtel followed with 280.76 million subscribers.
