The dividend will be paid to shareholders on record as of March 6, 2026, and will be credited or dispatched on or before March 27, 2026, the company said.Tata Capital Ltd | Non-banking financial company, said its wholly owned subsidiary, Tata Capital Housing Finance Ltd, has approved a ₹650.02 crore rights issue of equity shares to its parent. The issue, comprising shares of ₹10 each, will be undertaken in one or more tranches, the company said.Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd | State-run, IRFC, said the government will not exercise the oversubscription (green shoe) option in the Offer for Sale (OFS) of Indian Railway Finance Corporation Ltd (IRFC). The Centre is divesting a 2% equity stake in the company at a floor price of ₹104 per share. The OFS opened for non-retail investors on February 25 and will open for retail investors on February 26. Earlier, the government had indicated an additional 2% green shoe option, which could have taken the total stake sale to 4% if fully exercised.
