The company’s board also approved a fund-raising plan of up to ₹10,000 crore through one or more tranches via private offerings, preferential allotment, qualified institutional placement (QIP), or a combination of methods, subject to regulatory approvals and shareholders' consent at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.Bharti Airtel | Singtel's subsidiary Pastel is set to sell a 0.8% stake in Bharti Airtel through a block deal, with a total offer size of ₹8,568 crore. The stake sale will be offered at a floor price of ₹1,800 per share, reflecting a 3.6% discount to Airtel’s last closing price. Bharti Airtel share price closed at ₹1,863.10 apiece, higher by 1.58% on the NSE.Patanjali Foods | The company's consolidated net profit soared 76.3% year-on-year to ₹358.5 crore, compared to ₹206.3 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue rose 17.8% to ₹9,692.2 crore, led by continued growth across the edible oils and food segments. EBITDA for the quarter jumped 37.1% to ₹516.2 crore from ₹376.5 crore a year ago. Operating margins improved to 5.3% from 4.6%, supported by better cost management and increased scale.Abbott India | The company's net profit rose 27.9% year-on-year to ₹367 crore, driven by healthy revenue growth and strong operational efficiency. Revenue for Q4FY25 stood at ₹1,604.6 crore, up 11.5% from ₹1,438.6 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA surged 30% year-on-year to ₹428.5 crore, reflecting strong cost control and higher volumes. Operating margin expanded sharply to 26.7% from 22.9% a year ago, underlining the company’s improved profitability profile.Endurance Technologies | Auto component manufacturer reported a 16.7% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit at ₹245 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, Endurance Technologies Ltd posted a net profit of ₹210 crore, the company said in a regulatory filing. The company's revenue from operations was up 10.4% to ₹2,963.5 crore as against 2,684.8 crore in the corresponding period of the preceding fiscal.NCC | Infrastructure company reported a 6% year-on-year (YoY) increase in net profit at ₹253.8 crore for the fourth quarter that ended March 31, 2025. In the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, NCC Ltd posted a net profit of ₹239.2 crore. Revenue from operations dipped 5.5% YoY to ₹6,120.9 crore against ₹6,484.9 crore. EBITDA was up 1.1% to ₹556.5 crore over ₹550.3 crore in Q4FY24. The EBITDA margin expanded slightly to 9% in the reporting quarter versus 8.5%.Godrej Industries | Godrej Industries Ltd on Thursday (May 15) reported a net profit of ₹183 crore for Q4FY25, against a net loss of ₹311.8 crore in the same quarter last fiscal. Revenue from operations surged 26.5% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹5,779.7 crore from ₹4,567.3 crore. At the operating level, EBITDA rose 29.6% to ₹593.5 crore in the fourth quarter over ₹458 crore last year. The EBITDA margin stood at 10.3%, up from 10%.Crompton Greaves | Leading fan and residential pump maker reported a 22.5% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit at ₹169.5 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025, over ₹138.4 crore in Q4FY24. Revenue from operations increased 5.1% YoY to ₹2,060.6 crore from ₹1,961 crore. EBITDA jumped 29.9% to ₹264.4 crore from ₹203.6 crore last year. This translated to an expansion in the EBITDA margin to 12.8% versus 10.4%.Godfrey Phillips | The company's net profit rose 30% year-on-year to ₹279.6 crore, driven by robust topline growth. Revenue surged 79.8% to ₹1,573.4 crore from ₹875.2 crore in the same period last year. EBITDA for the quarter rose 41.2% to ₹269 crore, compared to ₹190.6 crore a year ago. However, operating margin contracted to 17% from 21.9%, due to a higher base effect and increased input and distribution costs.Alkem Laboratories | Pharmaceutical company disclosed a cybersecurity breach at a US subsidiary of Enzene Biosciences Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The incident involved the compromise of business email accounts belonging to certain employees, resulting in the fraudulent transfer of funds. The company stated that the total amount affected by the fraud is currently under investigation. The company has engaged independent external agencies to carry out a thorough inquiry into the breach.Bikaji Foods | Ethnic snacks maker reported a 61.6% year-on-year drop in consolidated net profit for the March-ending quarter of FY25, posting ₹44.6 crore compared to ₹116.2 crore in the same period last year. Revenue remained flat at ₹613.6 crore, marginally lower than ₹614.4 crore a year ago. However, operating performance saw a sharp decline, with EBITDA falling 67% to ₹74.3 crore from ₹224.4 crore. The EBITDA margin contracted significantly to 12%, down from 36.5% in Q4 FY24.Pricol | Automotive technology and components manufacturer reported a 15.9% year-on-year decline in net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, at ₹34.9 crore, compared with ₹41.5 crore a year earlier. Revenue rose 31.7% to ₹769 crore, up from ₹584 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, supported by robust growth across business segments.Datamatics | The company reported a 14.6% year-on-year decline in net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2025, at ₹44.9 crore, compared with ₹52.5 crore in the same period last year. Revenue for the fourth quarter rose 20.5% to ₹497.2 crore from ₹412.7 crore, driven by steady business momentum across verticals.
