Stocks to Watch: Auto major Maruti Suzuki is in focus after recalling over 39,500 Grand Vitara units, while Oil India posted a strong profit jump and declared an interim dividend. However, net profit fell 13% to ₹354 crore as advertising revenue softened, despite a 9% rise in domestic subscription income.Siemens Ltd | The company reported a 41.5% YoY drop in net profit to ₹485 crore, while revenue rose 16% to ₹5,171 crore. EBITDA grew 13% to ₹618 crore with a 12% margin. New orders increased 10% to ₹4,800 crore, and order backlog reached ₹42,253 crore.Indian Hotels Company | IHCL will acquire about 51% stake in Sparsh Infratech, owner of the Atmantan wellness resort in Mulshi, Maharashtra, for an estimated investment of ₹240 crore. The deal values the company at around ₹415 crore.KPI Green Energy | The company signs ₹696 crore EPC and O&M contract with SJVN for a 200 MW solar project at Khavda, Gujarat, expanding its renewable energy portfolio. The company will handle supply, construction, commissioning, and three years of O&M.TruAlt Bioenergy | The company has signed a non-binding MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board to set up a sustainable aviation fuel plant in the state, with an estimated investment of about ₹2,250 crore. The plant will produce SAF from renewable feedstocks like agri waste, used cooking oil, and municipal solid waste.IRB Infra | The company's arm, IRB Infrastructure Trust, has received a Letter of Award from NHAI for the TOT-17 bundle, covering 366 km across key highway stretches in Uttar Pradesh. The Trust will pay ₹9,270 crore upfront and manage tolling and O&M for 20 years.Alembic Pharmaceuticals | The company has received final USFDA approval for its ANDA to manufacture Diltiazem Hydrochloride tablets in 30 mg, 60 mg, 90 mg, and 120 mg strengths.
