The sellers aim to raise up to ₹1,639.7 crore from the transaction. The floor price has been fixed at ₹1,281 per share, a 3.9% discount to the last closing price. The terms also include a 60-day lock-up that bars the sellers from offloading additional shares during the period.Mphasis | Blackstone is set to pare its stake in Mphasis through a large block deal, CNBC-TV18 had reported earlier in the day, and the newsbreak now stands confirmed. The private equity firm will sell up to 9.5% of the company’s total equity. The block deal will be executed at a floor price of ₹2,570 per share, representing a 4.4% discount to Mphasis’ November 17 NSE close of ₹2,688.70. The total deal size is estimated at ₹4,626 crore, and Blackstone has agreed to a 180-day lock-up on its remaining stake.Emcure Pharma | Global investment firm BC Investments (Bain Capital) is likely set to sell up to 2% of the pharmaceutical company's total equity through a block deal, with an indicative floor price of ₹1,296.51 per share. The price represents a discount of approximately 7% to Emcure Pharma’s closing price of ₹1,394.10 on the NSE on November 17, 2025. The block deal size is estimated at up to ₹493 crore.JSW Energy |The company announced that its Director (Finance), Pritesh Vinay, has resigned to pursue career opportunities outside the JSW Group, ending a 13-year association with the conglomerate. The company said Vinay will continue in his current role until December 31, 2025, to ensure a smooth and orderly transition, giving the board sufficient time to complete the succession process.WPIL | Indian company WPIL's South African arm has received a ₹426-crore contract from Matla a Metsi Joint Venture, to be commissioned in four years, the company said on Monday, November 17. The industrial products firm received the contract for the complete electro mechanical and instrumentation works for the Mokolo Crocodile Water Augmentation Project phase 2.Tata Power Company | The company has commissioned NHPC’s 300 MW (AC) DCR-compliant solar project at Karnisar Bhatiyan in Bikaner, Rajasthan. Built over two and a half years, the project uses advanced DCR cells and bifacial modules and required the installation of around 7.75 lakh solar panels across harsh desert terrain. It is expected to supply the entire output to the Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL), generating an estimated 17,230 million units of green energy over its lifetime.HCLTech | IT services company in collaboration with chipmaker Nvidia, has launched an innovation lab in Santa Clara, California, aimed at helping enterprises explore, incubate, and scale industry applications of physical AI and cognitive robotics. The facility is integrated with HCLTech’s global AI Lab network and combines Nvidia’s technology stack and core platforms — including Nvidia Omniverse, Nvidia Metropolis, Nvidia Issac Sim, Nvidia Jetson, and Nvidia Holoscan — with HCLTech’s physical AI solutions such as VisionX, Kinetic AI, IEdgeX, and SmartTwin.Infosys | IT giant said it has introduced its AI-first GCC model, a specialised offering designed to accelerate the setup and transformation of global capability centres (GCCs) into AI-powered hubs for innovation and growth. The company noted that the launch builds on its experience from more than 100 engagements with local GCC entities across industries.JSW Infrastructure | The company has signed definitive agreements to acquire a 51% stake in South Minerals Port Company SAOC, a newly incorporated port special purpose vehicle (SPV) in Oman, through its step-down subsidiary JSW Overseas FZE. The agreement, executed on November 17, was disclosed to the exchanges in a regulatory filing. Under the deal, JSW Overseas FZE will subscribe to 51% of the SPV’s equity and purchase an additional nominee share, making the Omani entity a step-down subsidiary upon completion.Pace Digitek | Telecom infrastructure solutions provider said it has received an order valued at ₹929.76 crore (including taxes) from Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MSPGCL). The mandate covers design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, inspection, installation, testing and commissioning of a 200 MWAC grid-connected ground-mounted solar PV power plant under 300 MWAC, along with the associated power evacuation arrangement to the STU substation. The scope also includes three years of operation and maintenance.AstraZeneca Pharma India | Drug firm said the company and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd have entered into a second brand partnership for Sodium Zirconium Cyclosilicate (SZC) in India. The agreement is aimed at accelerating the availability of SZC, described as an innovative and highly effective treatment for Hyperkalaemia, to a wider patient base across the country.
