Glenmark will pay $18 million upfront, with milestone payments up to $1.093 billion and royalties on sales, securing rights to develop and commercialise the drug across multiple global regions.IPCA Labs | The pharma company has signed a technology transfer and joint development pact with US-based BioSimilar Sciences for a next-gen monoclonal antibody biosimilar targeting cancer and autoimmune diseases. The product will be developed and manufactured at BSS’s Puerto Rico facility, with the first launch eyed for 2027. Ipca will earn milestone fees and royalties on sales.Akzo Nobel India | The company's promoter, Imperial Chemical Industries, sells 5% stake for ₹765 crore in a block deal; Nippon India and WF Asian Smaller Companies Fund among key buyers.Birla Corp | The company's unit, RCCPL, has been named the preferred bidder for the Kanpa-Junapani limestone block in Telangana with an 87.05% revenue-sharing offer.
