According to an NHS statement shared by TCS with stock exchanges, the two will work together to strengthen healthcare supply chains using cloud and AI tools to improve the delivery of critical products and services. TCS will deploy cloud- and AI-enabled solutions to upgrade NHS Supply Chain’s IT systems and boost efficiency.Infosys | The company will open its ₹18,000 crore buyback on November 20, offering to repurchase up to 10 crore shares at ₹1,800 each via the tender route. The buyback, representing 2.41% of its paid-up equity capital, will close on November 26. Small shareholders can tender 2 shares for every 11 held, while others may tender 17 for every 706 shares. Kotak Mahindra Capital is the buyback manager and KFin Technologies the registrar.Mahanagar Gas Ltd | Gas supply to Mumbai’s CNG network has been restored after GAIL repaired a damaged pipeline inside the RCF Trombay compound, MGL said. Restoration for industrial and commercial customers is underway following the disruption caused by third-party damage to the main supply line.Choice International | The company has acquired Ayoleeza Consultants to expand its infrastructure advisory and public sector consulting capabilities, adding over ₹200 crore in live orders. The consultancy also has bids under evaluation worth ₹350 crore-plus in railways projects and ₹150 crore-plus in roads and highways.Escorts Kubota Ltd | The company has launched its third-generation ride-on rice transplanters, expanding its mechanised paddy equipment range amid rising demand for efficient planting solutions. The new KA6 and KA8 models, engineered by Kubota in Japan, will be available across Tamil Nadu, Punjab, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Telangana. The company said the machines offer improved planting accuracy and enhanced operator comfort, particularly in deep, wet field conditions.Hindustan Unilever Ltd | The company has fixed December 5, 2025 as the record date to determine eligible shareholders who will receive shares of Kwality Wall’s (India) Ltd (KWIL) under its ice-cream business spin-off. The update follows HUL’s receipt of the certified NCLT order approving the Scheme of Arrangement, with all conditions under Clause 20 now completed, including filing the order with the Registrar of Companies. The NCLT had sanctioned the demerger on October 30, 2025, with a rectification order issued on November 6, 2025, the company said earlier.G R Infraprojects | The company has received an appointed date of November 15, 2025 from Western Railways for a ₹262.28 crore EPC gauge-conversion project between Kosamba and Umarpada (38.9 km) in Vadodara division. The work, to be completed in 730 days, includes earthwork, bridges, platforms, station buildings and 30 road under-bridges, while supply of new rails is excluded.Azad Engineering Ltd | The company said it has signed a Master Terms Agreement and Purchase Agreement with Pratt & Whitney Canada for the development and manufacturing of aircraft engine components. The long-term collaboration aims to enhance Azad’s aerospace manufacturing capabilities in line with national strategic priorities. The company did not disclose the contract value, noting that the agreement involves no shareholding arrangement and does not qualify as a related-party transaction.Goel Construction Company Ltd | The company has secured a ₹173.25 crore contract from the Aditya Birla Group for civil works at the Pali Cement Works Unit in Beawar, Rajasthan.
